Startups updates: Slate nominated at Fast Company, UCI and Greenfly partnership, and more…
2022 got off to a great start for the 3 startups we support. They already all have excellent tractions, great projects and innovative activations!
LiveLike & the NCAA March Madness
NCAA March Madness Live – the ultimate live streaming and second screen destination for the NCAA Men’s Tournament – will provide more ways to watch and engage with all the action from the 2022 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship this year.
Amongst many other engaging features such as Starting Lineup Challenge, Multi-Game Viewing, Bracket Challenge, the platform will have its own Game Center to provide all the news, highlights, and interactive content needed to augment the fan experience.
Game Center will feature the Madness Feed, powered by LiveLike, to offer Tournament updates, interactive polls and quizzes. The feed will be updated during the busiest rounds of the Tournament to create a unique experience alongside video viewing.
UCI using Greenfly to create amazing videos
For this International Women's Day, the UCI decided to highlight their female riders in a way they haven't done before, gathering content from them directly. This is where Greenfly came in:
Thanks to their Engage feature, that helps companies collect user generated content from fans, they were able to create a link that enable riders to share their content directly with the UCI. The result speaks for itself. They have created a great video and women on there were more than happy to be featured, as seen see in the comments and retweets.
Creating that sense of belonging today is difficult, and this is what Greenfly is trying to do with Engage: gather content from the fans and showcase it on their platforms.
