LiveLike's CEO Miheer Walavalkar On Social Viewing for SBJ Unpacks (Podcast)


Livelike Co-founder & CEO Miheer Walavalkar has been recently invited on Andrew Levin's Sports Business Daily show to discuss Livelike's involvement in the future of live sports consumption. In this podcast, Miheer explained how Livelike is improving social sports watching through its innovative platform and its collaborations with prestigious sport institutions such as the NBA, Sky sports or Georgia Tech.

Miheer talked about the impact of the current pandemic crisis on the sports industry. For him it is a “chance to focus on innovation and focus on product experience.” He also told SBJ’s Andrew Lewin “As technology advances, delivery mechanisms get better, video quality gets better, hardware gets better and watch parties become more of a habit than a fad, I think those kinds of functionalities are definitely here to stay”, a strong testimony about the power of social watching that stay power in this post pandemic period.
