Reimagine Football is a group of leading european football organizations (including UEFA, Royal Netherlands Football Association, City Football Group, AFC Ajax, and the Johan Cruijff ArenA , created to tackle the challenges this global pandemic brings for football.

United under the flag of ‘Football Innovation Platform’, they focused on cooperating with the broader football community and beyond to find solutions and best practices for the benefit of fans, players, broadcasters, clubs, venues, leagues and associations.

How can we use innovations to advance football during the coronavirus epidemic?

The Football Innovation Platform posed this question to all innovative companies worldwide. This challenge resulted in 329 submissions from 38 different countries. All submissions were divided into four themes: fans at home, stadium operation, stadium visitors and amateur football.

A group of experts from the Football Innovation Platform eventually selected 27 parties that were invited to pitch their solution to the international football community during an online event. The winners per theme were announced after the final pitching event and we are very proud of Livelike for having won the category “Fans at Home”.

Being able to stand out amongst 300+ of the best sports tech companies is a testimony to the amazing job done by the whole Livelike team to develop the "LiveLike Watch+" experience. After launching it with many broadcasters throughout the world in the last months, it is a kind of accomplishment to get the validation of such high profile jury members in other sports verticals.
