UEFA INNOVATION HUB
In 2018, during his time at UEFA, our Chief Strategy Officer, Jean-Baptiste Alliot, launched the UEFA Innovation Hub to respond to ever-changing habits and an increasingly demanding environment for football.
CONTEXT: UEFA INNOVATION HUB PURPOSES
Through new partnerships and diverse collaborations with a wide range of stakeholders (including start-ups, academic institutions, cross-sport federations and more), the innovation hub supports UEFA in adapting to these changes and delivering the 2019–24 UEFA strategy. Until 2021, Jean-Baptiste led its strategy before handing it over to Charles Frémont. In the following years, Jean-Baptiste and LaSource continued to support the initiatives, as well as provide new programmes and deal with internal/external challenges

We enabled the organisation to be at the forefront of the latest and most significant trends in the sports industry and beyond to ensure that UEFA remains one step ahead of the game.
