EUROPEAN EXPANSION STRATEGY
CONTEXT OF THE CHALLENGE:
Following its success in the American market, Relo Metrics envisioned expanding its social media services to include broadcasting in the European market, aiming to challenge incumbent competitors. To achieve this, Relo Metrics wished to rapidly grow its sales pipeline and build strategic partnerships with broadcasters and media agencies in the region.
To achieve its envisioned success, we became consulting partners of Relo in 2023 To support building a bespoke Go-To-Market strategy that would help scale its business throughout Europe.

We conducted comprehensive desk research and fieldwork on Relo’s social media and broadcast products. This involved mapping stakeholders, assessing potential strategic alliances with European technology partners, and performing a competitive analysis to support Relo’s business development team in the European market.
PHASE 1: DISCOVERY PHASE:
Building on the insights gathered during the discovery phase, we adopted a phased approach to design a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Relo. We provided detailed recommendations for product development and new feature integrations, as well as tailored sales strategies specifically for the European market.
