FAN4ALL is a digital sports community platform creating exclusive experiences for fans with club affiliates. The company also provides special events and offers its users exclusive incentives through contests and activations on its mobile application and social media.

CONTEXT: FAN4ALL CHALLENGES

FAN4ALL commissioned an audit to analyse its current marketing strategy and define key priorities to drive more user acquisitions and interactions. The company aimed to move further ahead of its competitors to provide a market-leading service through innovative and user experience-focused development.

LASOURCE SCOPE OF WORK

To meet these ambitions, we have worked on an audit covering their global marketing plan and club activations.

We have also extended our report to include technological developments to be considered in the short term as a complement to their marketing strategy.

Our methodology was based on three pillars: take up the good practices for each of the initiatives, analyse the current actions and suggest general changes.
